This free service uses a special algorithm to match sellers and buyers with the right real estate agents. Real estate agents pay fivewalls to create profiles on the site and home buyers and sellers can scroll through the candidates. All real estate agents are vetted and fulltime. Unlike a traditional brokerage, fivewalls does not have any of their own agents, besides their broker of record. This keeps the site fair and regulated.
The company is focused on transparency and building a foundation of trust. Home buyers and sellers have the opportunity to work with real estate professionals based on the validation and testimony of others on their profiles. This simplifies the process of finding the right real estate agent for each individuals needs. Transparent information is available on their profile showcasing years of experience, reviews, videos, bios etc.
Entrepreneur and founder Paul Hayman states that with the real estate market moving online, there was an increased need for people to research real estate agents and homes online. Agents from major brokerages including ReMax, Royal LePage and Sutton Group have joined fivewalls.
